water inside cabin

anyone else experience this? started noticing it in the fall. nothing major, just damp floormats while vacuuming. then it started getting worse over the winter. the moisture was fogging up the windows and actually created frost on the windshield a couple times, which would defrost while driving, and run down onto the dash. during a heavy rain recently there was actually a 2" deep puddle on the passenger side that eventually ran over to the driverside.

i'm bringing it in to the local mazda dealer friday, just wondering if there's any knowledge out there for me to bring.

It may be related to your door seals...?

I'm sorry I don't have a quick reference number for you, but there was a TSB for 2007 models regarding faulty door seals. The faulty seals would allow a lot of road-spray and dirt to make its way into door jam areas that should otherwise remain sealed when the doors are closed.

The water that made its way into your floors may be from those seals if you were driving under very wet and watery conditions?

PS - I had these seals fixed, and the filth in my door jams was eliminated.
