As the title says, I'm installing my TWM Short Shifter and ran into a problem, the heat shield bolt's threads are stripped and the bolt just spins freely. I tried prying up with a flat head while trying to loosen it to no prevail. I tried yanking on the bolt with some vice grips and nothing happens.
So my question is has anybody else ran into this problem installing there short shifter (or anything else) and what was your solution? I'd really like to get this in before I have to be at the theatre
