I have a 2000 Familia Sport 20, manual transmission. Lately it's been having trouble starting and when idling the RPM jump from 1300 to 2000. In the video I rev the engine then the idle jumps up and down but also randomly it'll do it in neutral with my foot off the gas. I've been reading online and hear IAC problem, does this sound right? Would that affect the starting of the car?
