So I am replacing the timing belt, out of car.
Per the FSM, I turn the crank gear until the groove is aligned, and have both cam marks pointed to eachother like this:
Now, when I put on the crank pulley, I get this:
The belt is on, the tensioner and spring set, and the pully shows this.
Is this correct??
