Squeaky swaybar bushings

Wondering what a perminent fix would be for my MP3's squeaky sway bars would be? also how do you get the front bolts out of the strap that holds them on? Got the rear ones loose and worked some lubricant up there but it doesn't seem stay quiet. Any ideas are greatly appreciative!!

probably time for new bushings. awr anti clunk kit is a must also. the bushings wear out to quick
