Shipping help, how to ship MSP front lip

I just sold my MSP front lip so I need some help with the following issues:

1) Who has sold one of these, and who can give me an estimate of shipping the lip 600 miles from fort collins, CO to Lubbock, TX?
2) What length and weight dimensions should I use when calling around for a quote?
3) How do I pack the thing, or should I just have the company that ships it pack it for me?

Any help would be oh-so appreciated.

I would just take it to a ups or fed ex store and let them package it, that way if it breaks in transit they will have no one to blame. Make sure to get detailed pictures of it at the store just incase
