Hey guys, one of my rear seat belts have become twisted in the retractor and I was wondering if it is DIY fixable or if I have to take it to a dealership and get it repaired/replaced there?

I doubt you will be able to take it apart to un-twist it. You should be able to get a used retractor from an auto salvage yard or eBay.
There are a few on eBay right now.

I think most vehicles have use Torx bolts on the seat belt assemblies so you might need a Torx hex key.

Thanks, Yeah I have the Torx hex keys same set I'd imagine to tighten my mirror. It's a shame they become twisted since they are a safety feature.

The ratcheting mechanism inside might be locked (like when you pull the belt out too fast).

Mine jams all the time and I have to feed it back in a bit then pull it out slower.

Try feeding the belt back in a couple of mm or so to release the ratchet. (maybe a small screwdriver to turn the the roll a bit)

(I don't think pulling hard is gonna work,... )
