My car is running now, but for some reason it won't idle (period). Tonight i pulled the intake off and scrubbed the Egr valve. While doing that I noticed one of the water? Pipes that goes from the engine block back to the firewall (measures about an inch in radius and sits just under the air intake pipe) had actually broken off. It's an odd looking thing, on the firewall end the part that is broken is plastic, it sort of clips over the metal piece which comes through the firewall.
What is this part? It has pa66, sae-pa66, Sanoh and a dial pointing to 2 o'clock on it.... What do I call this thing to ask for another one as the parts shop?
It had snapped clean off, and the section that was left in the hose pipe crumbled in my hand...,
