Octane grade and abs sensor questions

I live in Montana and where i live there are very few if any places that i can get a 93 octane for my 2006 MazdaSpeed 6. Should i just use 91 octane with no ethanol or what?

Also, recently my drive shaft had to be replaced along with my abs sensor. There was some lag time between when the drive shaft was replaced and when the sensor was replaced, so when i started driving it without the sensor a bunch of lights came on in my dash, abs light, emergency brake light, dcs light, traction control light, and maybe one other one. My mechanic said that it was just because the sensor wasnt there. But the thing im wondering about is why all those same lights would come back on but only when i go about 75 mph?
Please help!

Typical I just use 91 for just highway and city driving.
Gas with no ethanol is said to be better for our engines but that's a debatable.

If your one to go to the track than 93 is the way to go.

Okay thanks Mike.

The nearest mazda dealership is a couple hundred miles away, otherwise i would.
