So I need a new turbo and finding a GT2554 i can afford has been a pain. I'm pretty new to this stuff but from what i've found the T25's from the SR20DET are very similar and look like they should be a fairly smooth swap, seem to be easier to find at lower prices too. I'm going to have my neighbour, who's a mechanic do the install but i'm picking up the parts.
If someone could explain any differences between the GT25 and T25 that'd be mucho appreciated. I know it'll have to be clocked to fit my set-up and i've read it'll need some different hoses and fittings because of the cooling systems. But past that i don't know much.

...and im in the market for a new exhaust manifold, mines cracked to s***. Any experiences with the ebay manifold? looking at AWR motor mounts to stop the stress cracks on a new one. Car is my DD.
