I really need a factory part off the OEM intake box if any of you have one lying around and care to help me out.
The rubber OEM intake elbow has an opening and a clamp on the side for the crank case vent.
A molded, plastic elbow goes in this opening. The other end of it clips into the molded hose which then goes to the crank case fitting farther back above the TIP.
I busted this elbow last year removing the stock airbox to install my CAI and I really need one so I can take the car to the dealer for a trade-in appraisal. Car is an 09 and it's still under warranty. For now I have an aftermarket aluminum piece from SURE in there with a silicone hose. Though about using epoxy to fix my OEM elbow but just don't want to risk it if I can avoid it.
