Does anyone use this? Either online or on mobile app?

I'm asking because I am having a lot of difficulty with it this morning - it won't recognize my password on the phone. I have reset the password 4 times now, and still cannot log in on the phone. On the PC, it will let me in but all my information is gone. If I try to add the info back in, it does nothing. (bang)

I tried to email them for technical help through the contact button, and when I hit send I get a failure message. If any of you use this would you mind trying to log in this morning and see if you are also having this issue?

I had this happen a couple times and just gave up on it.

It seems to happen a lot - but it's now working again. Must have been a connection issue.

It is similar if you go online to MyMazda under Owners tab.
Sometimes it does not log you in even when all info is correct.
Server issue.

POS. Better hope the software running our cars is better than the MyMazda app!
