MSP/MP3 Foglight Removal

So I've been looking around and haven't been able to find a how to remove our foglights. So my question to everyone would be...

How do I get them out?
And what will I need to get them out, I plan on replacing them with some walmart fogs, they look like thicker glass and about the same diameter. Has anyone done this/know anyone who has and what the outcome is? Are the bulbs the same as the proteges?

u have to go up under the car and there is a main bolt u just have to unscrew and they should pop right out. you have to disconnect the little power cable its hooked to too you should see it when you unscrew the main bolt.
