MP3 injectors, 2 different colors/parts

Whats the deal with the MP3 fuel injectors, for my nitrous we took the fuel rail apart to tap it and saw that injectors #1 and #2 were purple and #3 and #4 were green, and they are two different part #s on them, whats the deal? the guy at the motor place asked me if i changed something, I said its stock. One has more flow? Fill me in those who know.

My P5 is the same way. I keep meaning to ask someone about it but I keep forgetting.
 
I was wondering the same thing. Might be that two of the cylinders run lean or rich and they needed to compensate, but I dunno....

This sounds correct.Different colors usually do indicat different flow rates!

right, so maybe 3 and 4 have higher flow for higher RPMs and diff applications, because 3 and 4 are mostly the ones that get caught running lean.

Does anyone have a reason for the different colors? Has it been confirmed different flow rates?
