Missing bolts in transmission

A few missing bolts in the transmission. Im not sure if they removed them for the engine swap, or if theyre just bolts for a cover or something, or if the transmission will explode or something if they arent there. Lol
The two close together are on an angle. The two bigger ones are vertical and fairly deep. The one on the brace is obviously for a cover or something.

These two have a sensor of some sort between them. Im guessing they are for a cover to protect it…maybe ? The nearest vertical hole is the same as the farthest hole in the first pick. These are all vertical or on the passenger side.

Het this figured out, and finally test drive time….a year late. Lol
Thanks for any help in advanced. VERY much appreciated. I looked everywhere and cant find any undercarriage pics that show these. Exhaust and clutch videos, etc etc. Not even manuals for sale with pics. All autos. Kid turned 18 on June 8. He's about over bumming rides I think. 😂

The two long ones in the first picture are for the upper oil pan/main bearing support plate. those are important, and may be a cause of what looks like a bit of oil leaking. the other 2 in that pic are for an exhaust hanger that connects to the j pipe, that isnt very important TBH. The rest in the pictures are normally vacant on the protege.
