I am wanting to pep up my Mazda 2, 2008 hatch Genki. I have looked into the turbo route but was quoted $10k and warned that adding a turbo to this car would likely cause damage across the board. I like my car and have modded her up nicely (in my opinion) and have probably spent enough money on her for it not be worth turning back.
Can a 2 litre compatible engine be installed into the 2? And of yes which one please.
My Mazda has body mods, coilovers, lowered to 100mm, slightly illegal tinted windows and a performance exhaust system. Also just been flash tuned but a waste of $1k as it only achieved 12 additional HP.
