Mazda 3 Door Handles

My dad has a Mazda 3, and I think that the door handles look considerably better than the lifters we have on our cars. Anyone else agree with me?

So, does anybody have any idea if it would be possible/practical to swap our lifters for the 3 handles? How difficult do you think it would be to do this, and what would the cost be? Thoughts? Comments?

Looks like a LOT of work for something that's not that noteworthy.

Not worth it, looks like to much of a hassle for something that really won't get noticed unless you know the car well or pretty much point it out to people.

Would require a complete re-design of the framework behind the door handle. Additionally, there'd be little chance the cavity on the outside of the door is the correct width.

Lol, to be honest, that's the same conclusion that I came to myself. I just thought the actual handles were a bit classier than the lifters, but it definitely wouldn't be an easy swap.
