Is this while car is moving or at idle? LTFT b1 will change due to weather or time of year. My tuner said -11 is nothing to worry about at idle. On my car I have seen it stay at -7 to -14 at idle. If your car is working fine and no codes are popping up then might want to get a tune.

its at idle today it is reading -18.2 goes down when driving and reads 0.0 at wot, i have had to clear a wastegate code 3 times now over the passed 3-4 months

It's kinda hard to tell because you are not in the danger zone (+25%/-25%) and throwing any codes related to this. And with what you have posted there shows car is running fine but a bit lean at idle. It could be a faulty MAF sensor or low fuel pressure. More likely a fuel delivery problem. But like I said it's not really a problem until you see fuel trims in the danger zone. I would just keep an eye on LTFT for now.
