Hey everyone Im new to the forum. This is my first mazda... I bought a pre owned 16 1/2 cx5 Grand touring without the tech package. It has halogen headlights so Im looking to put in Hid or Led. I have had Hids in my truck, and last 2 cars and have nothing but great things to say about them. Yes through the years the quality has downgraded but they still do the job much better than halogen bulbs.
I plan on doing the low beams and fogs. My question is Hid or Led for these headlights and fog lights. Ive had led bulbs in my truck with regular headlight housing and they had to be aimed way lower than the hid bulbs I had in them. The leds also just had a beam of light opposed to the hid with lit everything up evenly.
If the answer is Hid... Will I have a problem putting an hid bulb in the fog lights with the reflector being in the way?
