The Optima costs about 2x the price of a regular battery. I'm pretty sure it does not last nearly 2x as long and, so, is not worth the money. Instead, I'd consult Consumer Reports' latest issue, which has a review of car batteries, and buy one they recommend. Surprisingly, batteries can differ substantially in performance.
