Had an install-night with a buddy yesterday; I figured that if he was unsure on how to install this, others will be as well, enjoy:
Time Needed: 10 minutes
Tools:12mm ratcheting wrench
Installation:
**Note: Apply some white lithium or other grease to the shifter cables by pushing back the two rubber sleeves to make your shifting even smoother!
Impressions:
After doing some fast shifting he/I are very happy with this product; the drivability is greatly improved, and the car now feels more natural when shifting.

Installation:
- Place car in neutral and pull e-brake
- Open hood, remove stock air intake box (aftermarket will not require removal)
- Remove two 12mm bolts securing shifter weight- ratcheting 12mm wrench
- Remove shifter linkage - use two screwdrivers or a screwdriver + flat edge of wrench (hold on one side and gently pry up on the other)
- Place the SURE plate into position, but do not install the shift linkage yet
- Apply the a drop of the included lock-tite onto each of the new shift weight bolt threads
- Hand-thread the Countershift into position, then tighten the bolts using the included #5 allen key
- Place the shift linkage onto the SURE plate
