How does CX-5 AC compare to CX-9?

How well does the AC in the CX5 work compared to the CX9? I find my CX9 to be lacking, especially on hot days. Given it's a smaller vehicle, does the CX5 cool down any better? Mainly looking for a comparison in cars with ventilated seats too. Thank you!

I never had any issues in my previous Mazda3 and my 2023 CX5 Signature is cooling very good in 30 degreesC and it’s fast too. I keep my auto set at 22 and if I go colder my ventilated seats are getting colder too.
I did read many posts in which people complaint about not being cold enough.
Maybe have it checked.

depends on model year and car color
my 2018 has AC on the poor side - it cools the air bur never gets freezing cold. Mu 2022 has excellent AC, to the point it gets freezing colds sometimes even at 100f outside. Not sure why the major diferrence but there is difference between the years for my cars. So no issues with latest models CX5

My 2016 gets so cold it'll have condensation around the interior vents on 80+ degree days. That's hot for northern MN.
