I am new on this forum and this is my 1st post
Just got the cx-60 yesterday, and we are not even 24 hrs old.
My query was , what exactly does One need to do to get the 'drive' mode activated.
what I am doing now is:
-press the start button, till dashboard lights up , left pedal pressed
- but I can not budge the 'stick' from 'P' to 'D'
-start button has the green light
I don't know what I do hereafter , but after pressing the start button in some unfamiliar fashion( basically 'frantically' , or pressing depressing the left pedal , suddenly I hear a 'chime' and lo & behold, the stick will move(to 'D' mode).
so what is the correct procedure please ? The dealer explained 'kinda the whole car' but then it's a 30 min. whirlwind tour(crash course & we 'assumed' we had seen it all, ..till...ha ha
