2008 Mazda CX-9 Touring
That kind of sound you hear when your ear's inside pressure does not match with the external air pressure.
I am not sure if it is coming from the rear or the front and just echoing into the rear. I do not notice it while driving; only when idle.
There at times birds chirping on front passenger side (probably the serpentine belt and accessory belt needs replacement) but that is different from the high pitch continuous sound.
YT videos with intake manifold and exhaust manifold leak sound seems to be different; but not sure since the youtubers are going on a verbal diarrhea instead of shutting up and having viewers hear the sound.
