Help! Steering wheel swap, and horn stopped working.

hey there! i have a 99 mazda protege ES. i swapped my steering wheel for a mazdaspeed steering wheel. my car has cruise control which was disabled when i did the swap for the mazdaspeed steering wheel. i think the wire for the horn is somehow in the same connector for the cruise control. so i need help on how i can make my horn work again. anyone out there who has done this swap and got their horn working. i need help on how i can get it back to work.

Can't say that's a bad thing that the horn stopped working... Haha not the most masculine of them all.
