Help me find the name of rubber seal washer in botton of windshield, Mazda Tribute 06

Hi guys

I have a Mazda Tribute 2006

The is a rubber seal in bottom of windshield that prevents rain or water from wipers to go under windshield area. That is entirely worn out and cracked.

I want to replace it but I cannot find it online because I do not know the right name.

Please help me if you know what is it.

I bought online from Mazda parts catalog. Original part, cost me I think, $180 total.
But nice quality.
Now I am struggling with headliner started peeling from base sponge. Florida head kills headliner close to windshield.
