Good morning. I have an issue with hard downshifts. Only happens when the transmission is cold and from 5 th gear down to 4th. Doesn’t happen in other gears. I noticed that when I’m in manual mode and downshift this doesn’t happen. Very strange. I have 131000 miles and had the fluid changed at 130000 miles. Problem occurred before and continues to persist. Wondering if it might be a programming issue. Any thoughts would be appreciated
