Good longevity experience with Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack?

2017 Mazda CX-5 Touring
I purchased the Bridgestone Turanza Quiettrack tires in 2020 for my CX-5 (size 225/65R17). Cost then was around $220/ea with 80k warranty. Fast forward three years, and my tires have only 3/32 tread remaining after just 31,000 miles of modest driving. Even wear, routinely rotated and proper inflation. Also, they grew notably louder after 15-20k miles. When visiting sites with tire reviews, I noticed that complaints about this tire have been increasing over the past 3 months. Same complaints, where these tires wear down extremely fast and need to be replaced before hitting 40k miles. I could replace under warranty, but that would still cost $500, and if they perform the same, leaving one to pay nearly $400 per tire for 60-70k miles.

I've yet to see a good review on this tire, one that actually mentions they received at least 50k miles on this 80k tire. I suppose people don't review good as nearly as bad, which is why I ask this question.
