Get an AP, download AP Manager, download ATR, read Abilor's Tuning Guide (a few times), read the ATR Help File (a few times), load a OTS map, flash it, do a MAF Cal, correct your MAF table, drive, do another MAF Cal (this repeats until numbers are good), read the stuff again as well as a few threads elsewhere, make a few changes to the OTS map, go 4th Gear WOT and log, tweak the map, repeat until map is stable (boost, load, AFR, etc). Add another Mod and repeat the process, modding / tuning is like crack.
I would suggest upgrading the fuel pump asap if you will be trying for some descent numbers.
