Why is it for sale? Well, I never got around to installing it after purchasing it 2 years ago and I've decided to keep on using cheap ebay halogen bulbs instead. May this kit find a new user.

I'm not sure what you're asking me. I was going to install this in my Proteg5 (low beam) but then I kept putting it off. I haven't drove my car very much in the last 2 years. I walk to work so I don't even drive during the week and sometimes the car stays parked for weeks. Also, I think the HID kit would be way too bright without using a projector. Now I'm selling it. Are you interested in buying? I'm based in Hollywood. I'll sell it to you for $40 bucks if you drive into LA to pick up.
