DAB radio does not display the station logo

Mazda CX-5 2.0 SE-L Auto 2022
DAB only always displays a grey logo on every radio station
and when I play music via bluetooth
Does anyone know the reason? I have had the car for 3 days
other DAB radios in my other cars show a picture of the station and here nothing ...
only sometimes spotify shows something ...
on carPlay everything works as it should but I prefer without carPlay
gracenote is up to date...

With it being a 3 day old 2022, maybe your selling dealership or salesman could help you out if your new car isn't doing something it should? After laying out $30+ K for a car, you should be happy and the dealer should see to it that you are happy.

With it being a 3 day old 2022, maybe your selling dealership or salesman could help you out if your new car isn't doing something it should? After laying out $30+ K for a car, you should be happy and the dealer should see to it that you are happy.

I agree, selling dealership should be able to assist, either over the phone or in person. With the car being so new, it shouldn't need any software or firmware updates, but maybe that's all it needs. Or maybe a battery disconnect for a few minutes to reset the electronics?
