Curious about a fitment

I've been looking around and trying to figure out if I can fit a pair of 18x9's on my car. I am lowered on H&R's lowering springs and am trying to figure out wheels to purchase just seems like a lot of the wheels i am interested in come in 18x9's... Also curious about using spacers for the front because of the massive calipers MS3's have. Any responses are appreciated!

Also shouldve added rolling fenders if needed and rubbing issues whatever info i can get will help thanks!
