Coilover Locking Perches Keep Coming loose?!?!?

Hey,

I installed a set of coilovers about a week ago, and between then and now I must have retightened the shock body perches about 3 times now. They keep coming loose and causing all sorts of clunking. Am I doing something wrong here or is that just the nature of these things? BTW I'm talking about the perch that's used to lock the shock body in place to the lower mounting bracket.

Which coilovers do you have?

Actually, I was able fix this problem just by tightening them some more. I had the Ksports. It's also very important that the perches are clean and oil free before they're locked together.
