I just bought a 2006 MazdaSpeed6, I had it inspected before I bought and it passed the 150 point inspection. Im going on week two of owning the car and I LOVE IT!!! Its been bogging a bit when idling, nearly stalling, there was already a CAI on it, I just changed the air filter cause the old one was filthy! Now the car bogs even more now even while driving! under 2500rpm, the car jerks. Once the turbo kicks in, its fine. but my check engine light wont go off, and when I got home, it smelled like hot metal! Oil is full, missing trany dip stick (which I didn't notice before buying the car). Its my first time owning a vehicle of this performance. I am going to the garage with it. I was just wondering if there was any tips or advice? should I buy and instal the original air intake? The air intake filter I bought is AEM. Im open to suggestions. Thank you.
