I repaired my partner's 2010 Mazda 2 Neo, Manual, broken RHS cargo cover / parcel shelf pin FOR FREE using an old castor wheel lug, angle grinder, drill, screwdriver & glue
See pics of the disassembled castor wheel lug (off the bottom of a bed ensemble), which I cut down before drilling out the original, broken Mazda pin mount / bracket & gluing the metal into place - being steel, I expect it will last longer than a plastic one (which costs $25 on eBay) - & I used my hot glue gun, but araldite or similar should do
To access the broken pin-bracket, its easiest to fold the rear seat forward & pry the trim out, & remove the broken pin-bracket using a stubby screwdriver
See pics for my "FREE FIX" - or inspiration on how to replace with a new one
