Bushings list?

Has anyone ever put together a bushings list or kit for this car? Or do I have to go through the shop manual and piece together my own one at a time

I've got a knock in the front and back of my car that is about to drive me insane.

The front and rear Sway bushings are easy to replace, if you have some lithium grease you can spray it on as a temporary fix.

yeah, the swaybars are easy to track down, and with the trailing arm GB, i'm hoping to cure a few things. if not i'll sit down, go through the manual and try to find some of the others.

but i'd still like to hear what others have come up with.
