Anyone tried BFG Scorcher tires before??

Tirerack have them on closeout sale of $59 a tire. that's like half price compare to my yoko es100. anyone know anything about them???

nope. first time seeing them but the reviews on tirerack aren't bad. might be worth it to try them out.

more of a show tire, they also came with red, yellow or blue tread stripes in the middle... not gonna compare to the es100s.

I agree. I remember reading a review on them after they just came out a few years back and performance was only average. I saw blue stripes on a blue Vette back then it it looked nice. It's now an old tire, technology wise, so get a newer formulated compound.
