Anyone on 95 in VA last night(10/21) around midnight?

For anyone who lives in VA. I was going down 95 last night near the Fredericksburg-Stafford exit when I saw two Titanium & Black Mica colored MSP's pass me and honk their horns. If you guys get on here then, whats up again!
