It looks like an auto shift knob from ebay...I know some guys modify those by removing the button on top and just mount it on a normal manual lever...I can't tell from the pic if that is actually a manual, though...that simply could be an automatic where the owner removed the shift plate and installed a boot there...and that button on top is actually functional...I'm leaning more towards that because the boot doesn't fit right...
