Any member running 16x8 rims? Pics please!

Want to achieve a wider footprint and was wondering if there are any members here who are running 16x8 with either 215/45 or 225/40 or even 235's...
I've heard that the rim width is what makes the tires look wide, not the tires themselves.
I currently have 16x7 with 205 45's and the fender rolled for clearance. Would love to stuff 16x7.5/8.0" with 225's.....not even sure what offset I'd have to go with though...

do a search on FD wheels. Sean22306 is running the FD wheels which are 16x8". i think the size he has is 215/40/16. do a search for his screen name

Here we go. FD RX7 wheels (attachments). 16x8 +50 offset. I think there's some modification required to fit a P5. Fender rolling is guaranteed.

You could also go for a 7.5 inch wide wheel with +48 offset for that wide look. I have 17x7.5 wheels on mine with 215/40's.
