Alternator removal, HELPPP!!!

Someone tell me the easiest way to remove the alternator from the car, i have it loose and ready to come out but, i dont kno whether taking it out from the top or bottom is the easiest. Both ways looks like you gotta take more parts off... some one help me out!!!

just gotta spin it around untill you can find a spot to squeeze it out. it is very tight. i took a few easy items off the fire wall to help get it past.
