A couple days ago when I got in my car to head home from work, the driver's door window wouldn't go down (all the rest work fine). There is a click when I press down or up on the driver window switch. I took the door apart last night, and the power window motor was warm to the touch after holding down the switch for a bit. This leads me to believe that the switch is working fine, and I just need a new motor.
The OEM motor is about $140. I've found an aftermarket one for $35 (http://www.car-stuff.com/store/?N=11077+4294962485+1667+11921+9329).
Has anyone used one of these before? Good, bad, indifferent?
I assume it's not up to the same quality as the OEM part for that price, but since I could buy 3 of them for the price of the OEM part and the install isn't that difficult, I'm fine with a slight drop in quality.
