CarPlay and 360 Camera System issues

Hello everyone!

I am new to the Mazda family - bought CX-5 2.5L 2019 and I would like to receive help with two issues I bumped into:

1) I don’t have the smart phone icon around the usb port in usb modul under armrest - that according to internet information means my car doesn’t support CarPlay - neither via Bluetooth or wired option - my iPhone does connect via Bluetooth but I can only manage calls and nothing more. Have someone bought an usb type c wireless module from Ali express and will that solve my problem?

2) 360 monitor system - it seems I don’t have the full feature because I have two black spots on the sides shown on my infoteimant display. There are no holes for cameras under the side mirrors - can I add the cameras, or I have to buy new mirrors that are with cameras inside them and is it possible at all? Also where I could find them ? I am from Eastern Europe.

First step: I would suggest to send a private message to @Candurin, to help you with upgrading the software to 74.00.324.

And maybe, once you accomplish the software upgrade, look into the option of replacing the usb module with a CarPlay module.
