Any exhaust that will work on the MSP (for the most part) will work on the P5 - you just have to cut a few inches off the exhaust tip piping and reweld.
p5 exhaust is 5 inches shorter than protege sedans' exhausts.
May I ask why are you looking for 3 inch exhaust anyways? Are you going with turbo or S/C route? If not, 3 inch exhaust is too big for N/A applications on a protege.
ya i have a custom 3" turboback exhaust on my ES. They said it could not be done too easily but we got it done! cost about 300 with the magnaflow muffler!
