2019 2.2L Diesel CX-5 P2000, anyone experienced this?

Hey all, anyone with a Diesel CX-5 dealt with an intermittent P2000? ( NOx Adsorber Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 1 )
Dealership is saying it needs a new catalytic convertor for thousands of dollars. I’m skeptical because it’s a 2019 with 50,000km, seems more likely to be a faulty NOx sensor or something along those lines. If anyone has some info it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Was it especially cold out? Could have frozen up the DEF fluid/lines/pump.

There is a recall for the wiring harness down by the DEF tank/pump rubbing on debris that gets stuck under the cover. Could possibly lead to an intermittent problem like yours if the DEF juice doesn't flow to the SCR system.

That's about all I can think of off the top of my head
