2014 Mazda5 Rear end creaking

Hello, I've just noticed that my '14 Mazda 5 is creaking from the rear end when I slam the door.
Tried to figure out where the sound was coming from and it seems like it's most loud and coming from the rear wheel well when the rear end is pushed side to side.
Less creaking when pushing the rear end down or when jumping in the front seat.

In what order should I start the troubleshooting, what is the most common component to fail first in such situation?

I have similar issues and can tell you the 2 items I found to be the cause. Initially I found that one of the trailing arm bushings had failed. I replaced it and the noise stopped for a while. Then a similar noise began and I narrowed it down to the rear sway bar bushings (the U shaped ones that hold the horizontal part of the bar in place). those are less of a concern as they are pretty tight still and I don’t perceive as a dangerous issue.

The trailing arm bushings are more critical and can be visually inspected from the underside. It is visually quite obvious when they have failed.
