2001 Protege ES $5000 w/ extra set of rims and taillights

Mazda Protege ES 2.0
I have a 2001 ES in decent condition, less than 68k miles on the car and less than 45k on the engine and tranny. I was hopin I could get like $5000, but price is negotiable.
Heres the Good: Its got a Toucan/Ractive SRI, OBX Racing headers, custom 2.5" mid pipe, Ractive Black Chrome Exhaust, Tokico Illumina 5 way adjustable shocks, eibach proline springs, and Flik Wasp 17" Black Gloss Rims w/ chrome lip. And 20% tints.
Heres the bad: The car has been in two minor accidents. In 2002 the drivers side fender and light have been replaced as well as the hood and front bumper. And in 2005 I was hit in my rear passenger door and quarter panel. The damage wasnt bad enough for me to call it a true T-Bone the guy hit me goin like 5 mph. That has not been fixed as of yet.
There is no ugly!!!
