I need help as I am stumped !!>???
My daughters car just stopped one day ?
Was running fine , put a new water pump in started up fine ran it and checked for leaks (no leaks) stopped it ,started it 3 times again and ran fine
Drove home 10 mins away and just stopped while accelerating away from a light
Motor turns over, I pulled #1 plug and see piston moves
I checked for spark , yes
I checked for fuel pump running, yes,
Checked fuel was getting past fuel filter < yes
I checked timing belt , still on yes
I re checked timing, cam shaft marks at 12 and 3 and crank lines up with single pointer indicator below
checked all fuses, nothing blown
Tried starter fluid in to intake and turned over , nothing
I am at a loss> could it be the ECU ? do they just stop working ?
What else ?
