I was off at the end of last week and was going to do a full detail but got sick, so I did a quick wash on Sunday evening when I was finally feeling better.

Washed with ONR and used Opti-Seal as a drying aid. And PERL for the tires. I also tried out the Eagle One 3-in-1 tire cleaner with iron remover. Worked pretty well. It*s probably not as concentrated as Iron-X but it didn*t smell as rancid either.

wonder why their "midnight edition" doesn't have the front grille chrome trim blacked out as well or the chrome window trims. looks much better with everything blacked out. I hope they didn't charge you an arm and leg for just the rims and back emblems to be blacked out. nonetheless, your car looks great, congrats!

It actually ended up not being bad as far as price. They didn't do the from emblem in the grill because it is where the camera is. I am actually looking into having the rest blacked out like the chrome trim by the windows. The only thing with this trim is since it is a GTR the pillars are already gloss black, so the windo trim would probably need to be gloss black. I am not to big of a fan of the Piano Black there because it is to easy to get scratched up. I may just have it blacked out and then have it ceramic coated to protect from scratches
 
How much those letters cost and how long they will last?
A few years ago, I have purchased some paint markers to do this, but I have never got around doing it.
Now I have mismatched tires, front and back.

$100 for what I have (permanent and size).. price varies 30-100 depending on size, material (permanent/tire rubber cost a lot more), color, custom words etc..

Picked her up on Thursday. We almost got the soul red but chose the deep blue in the last moment of decision. Glad we did. Wife likes it better too. Only 8 miles on the odo.
