Unable to Import Contacts

2017 CX-5 GT. Start up...I get "Importing Contacts" on the screen.After 30 seconds or so. I get "Unable to Import Contacts". I checked the auto import is set correctly. Any ideas or solutions would be appreciated. Iphone 5

Unpair your phone from MZD Connect
Delete it from MZD connect
Add it again
Then have a read below

Contacts - Import up to 1,000 contacts from your connected phone via Bluetooth, including address and image, when applicable.
